connection failed during download

I have a network KTP700basic (newest firmware) and TIA v15.1. When I try to download project this error appears. I have also TIA v16, and I run and try it the same and suceess (IP address changed). Next, I come back to TIA v15.1 and repeat download operation. And download sucess. Could somebody tell me why this error appear? Whats happened? This situation is not only concerning panel, last time we have the same situation concerning newest PLC S7-1200 which we tried program through TIA v15.1 (not TIA v16). After changing ethernet address through TIA v16 and come back to program downloading through TIA v15.1, everything start to work perfectly. Regards. Attachment image.png (89 Downloads)
