Connection Failure - Siwarex 2 FTA

Hi, I can connect to the module fine and see the weight reading. But when i click to receive all data, it gets halfway through the transfer and loses comms to the card. Then shows "communications failure" at the bottom righthand corner of the program. at this point i have to go offline and then back online to connect to the card again.

Any thoughts on what can be causing this?

Some questions:

1. are you working with Siwatool? Version of Siwatool?

2. What is the FW version of the Siwarex FTA?

If you have a new Siwatool with DR39 inside and an old Siwarex FTA FW <V5.x.y, the command "Read all data" will fail, due to the missing DR39 in the Siwarex FTA.

In this case you can else read the DR's manually on by one, except DR39 or update the FW of the Siwarex FTA. The FW you find here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/27202582
