Connection HMI<-> PLC not work

The connection with the HMI (real) and PLC (real) not work, but with the HMI simulator and the PLC(real) works well. Anyone know what is the problems? I recommend first checking the HMI panel's IP configuration to ensure the IP address is correctly assigned. If everything appears correct, try isolating the IP address for testing purposes, such as using 192.168.2.10/31. This should help you identify any potential issues. Best of luck!

Do you have an Alarm View which show the Alarm buffer? Perhaps you can find information why connection is not working. Best regards, Wizard
