Hi baross, What Ricor5 means is that communication is encrypted by default, and that encryption is handled by certificates. A common problem with this is that certificates are only accepted if the time of the two devices is close to the same. See the FAQ for more details. Without mentioning that access control is disabled, I would also have recommended a look at the "User Management & Access Control" (UMAC) documentation. However, in most cases, putting an alarm control on the main screen has helped me to find a clue to the cause in the system alarms that appear there. Kind regards |

Ok fixed it It was indeed a Certificate issue created by the HMI clock not in sync with the CPU Thanks for the help. |
