Connection LOGO with E3FB-BP22 sensor

I have one more question about another E3FB-BP22 sensor How can I connect it? I know that the brown wire to + blue to - and if I want to work in Light - On PNP mode, I have to connect the black wire to the X input of the logo and then bridge it to M? What resistor will be needed to perform such bridging?

You don't need any resistor to connect a pnp sensor to the Logo input, connect the black wire directly to I1...I8 without a resistor.

Most sensors with M12 connector are standardized, 1=brown=supply (DC10-30V), 2=white=normally closed, 3=blue=ground (M), 4=black=normally open.

In your case pin 2 is described with pink color for changing the operation mode light/dark. Connect this wire appropriate to your application with DC24V or ground. If you have a standard cable with M12 connector, then use white instead of pink.

You can see in sensor manual how to connect it I attached it.

As you can see:

Brown - 10-30VDC

Black - positive signal to PLC

Blue - 0V

Pink - if connect both with brown will be Light-ON; if connect both with Blue will be Dark-ON;
