please help me for arrive and finish my projects,i lost already 2 weeks and still i can see the finish

i am in italy,and i called on milano,but the guys,is ,,too busy,,so,i have two solutions,or i finish with siemens or i can find one person wich is capable to do technical assistance

i saw and i received one call phone for instructions for connection modbus,and still have the error,not work,all examples from manual,or i finded i this forum is different+incomplet,and i dont know for what reason ,still not work

i use tia v12 trial
