Connection probelm with S7-1200

Hello,

I'm working with S7-1200. I'm trying to connect (with ethernet cable between pc and plc) to the PLC with TIA Portal V11. I follow the intructions bellow :

1. I create a new project.
2. I choose add a new device
3. I choose unspecified CPU 1200.
4. After I click on "Detect the configuration of the connected device"
5. On the screen, in "Accessible devices in target subnet", 1 device is showed with ip 192.168.0.1
6. After, when I click on "Detect", the error message appears: " Device not reachable"

In Proprieties of "Local Area network for Ipv4" in windows seven, i put :
Ip address : 192.168.0.1
Subnet mask : 255.255.255.0
Default gateway : nothing

And the following elements are checked :
- Simatic industrial ethernet
- Profinet IO Rt-Protocol
- Internet Ipv4
- Internet Ipv6


Do you have any ideas to resolve my connection problem ?
