I have two S7-1500 PLCs that are not part of the same TIA project file and i would like to read a data block using a GET function but I'm not sure how to configure the connection. When configuring the connection I'm pretty sure I have the General settings done correctly but I'm getting stuck on the Address details. Can someone take a look at my attached setting and let me know where I'm going wrong.

My GET function is reporting error 8

Hello,

Error "8" means "access error at partner plc".

So my first question is:

Do you allow the access via PUT/GET in the Properties of plc?

Otherwise, a PUT/GET access is not possible.
