Hi, Is it running in a PC or HMI? I suggest che if the Automation License Manager is running ok. Check also if there is some blocknec in the RAM, HDD or processor (windows task manager, performance). Take a look also in the WinCC unified Trace (see FAQ How do you use the Trace Viewer with the Unified Comfort Panel? athttps://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/br/en/view/109777593 Maybe there you could get some clue of the problem. |

Dear Denilson, Thank you for the answer. The runtime is in a PC, update 3 installed. First thing I checked was Automation Licence manager is ok, and it is, in fact if I deinstall the runtime licence there is a different message regarding the lack of licence. I guess it may be something with the local computer, because it was installed previously in other PC and the message did not appeared. I will go on checking it. Best Regards. David G. |
