mehmet Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	Hello.. I am using Simotion D425 with 3 axes. I have configured the telegrams for axes and CU UnitandIhavedefinedOutputaddressesasPQW 346andPQW348. But When I try to download the project to the CPU I get error message that "D425: I/O 'outputs_1' (address: PQW346) is on control addresses of free message frame '{A1D1AA6F-DDB5-426D-A5AA-826E581131B6}[0].STW1_DEVICE". the telegrams are axis 1(with an external encoder): SIEMENS telegram 106, PZD-11/15 axis 2 :SIEMENS telegram 105, PZD-10/10 axis 3 :SIEMENS telegram 105, PZD-10/10 CU Unit : SIEMENS telegram 390, PZD-2/2. I have attached the configured telegram as jpeg file. I have tried to change the IO address of the CU Unit but I got the error message everytime. What should I do? The telegram 390 define a special telegram with reserved PZD. If you access the I/O-adress directly via I/O variable then the error occurrs. There are 2 reasons for the problem: 1) use telegram 999 if you not use the functionality of telegram 390 you can change it to telegram 999 delete the fastIO configuration on the CPU when you have changed (CPU->rightMouse->FastIO- >delete) 2) use telegram 390 delete the I/O variables on the first PZD the outputs where send in PZD2 (PQW348 in your case) Hope this helps. mehmet Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	I have used free telegram (999) but When I add the Outputs to watch table, inonlinemode I could not observe any value. I want to use the outputs to control some external devices. So I need to use them physically.

If you open the inputs/outputs window under the ControlUnit object you can see in which PZD the IOstates where transfered. Normally the PZD2 willtransport the IOstates. RecievePZD -> state for outputs Send PZD -> state for inputs When the PZD2 is use for tranfer the you access the io's via IOvariable with offset 2 from the base adress of the cu (pqw348/piw348 in your case).
