Hi, I have a D435-2 that while on-line  it always shows a red mark. It never shows any problems during compile, I have recompled many times, still red. The program works, but if I change something it downloads always the entire project do simotion, it takes a long time.

I have searched everywhere to find what is the reason, but I cant find it.

I did the compare, all parts are equal, except HW are ??. I however downloaded the HW config multiple times.

I have ET200S station with IM151-8 PN CPU and its working as I-device,  I downloaded the HW conf to ET200, then made a GSD file from it and then attached to the Simotion HW conf. Simotion controls some output modules (for now), the comm is good, no errors, outputs are set as they have to.

Is the problem in HW conf? Does the compare result need to show == also for HW conf?

I am offline, but I have the last output when I downlaoded. I checked every possible window, info,...

In next days (when on-line) I can provide the fresh snapshot, only tell me please, where to look.

I recompiled all, many times. I had downloaded HW conf, many times. I don't get how it is different, I mean that timestamps don't match. What is in behind timestamp generation, I have always saved and compiled the HW conf prior downloading it.

I will try to find out what in HW conf isn't up to date.

Here are the results:

I have tried  delte user data, no change. Then I reset to factory default, no cahnge. Again reset to factory default and loaded some earlier version of application that worked without problems, no change.

Then I gave up, I returned to work on application and everytime when downloading it took a while to download entire project again and again. Then, for some unknown reason, when I added one if/then statement in the code (but no change to TO objects, HW, just a simple branch instruction) and then downloaded again, the problem vanished - in the same manner as it was born. Who knows, realy weird.
