Hello, I am facing below alarm during machine start-up time, after replacing the LT module control card only this issue solved.Three machines (Automation Gantry’s) we are facing this alarm.Please support what is the root cause for this control card failure & How to prevent this issue in other machines.Alarm details:

300505 : Axis MZ1 drive 2 measuring circuit error of absolute track, code 00002000H

26020 : Axis MZ1 encoder 1 hardware fault 00002000H during encoder initialization

300505 : Axis MY1 drive 1 measuring circuit error of absolute track, code 00001000H

Control system : 840D power line.

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello, Could be the 611D control card Encoder section is having the problem...Try interchange with the spare card.... Don't interchange the in the machine itself...it can damage the other encoder ports too... Check it out.. Regards, Prakash
