Dear Experts ,

i am useing Telecontrol Server Basic with 40 remote stations with 1243-7 LTE Control and Monitoring to run run machine remotely.

I facing an issue From the beginning of the project .IO field tag not able stabilize value once i fill up from runtime. Once i refresh the screen it blanked . i check the tag in OPC SCOUT V10 found ok with Filled tag value . i studied all manual and Tried lots of time but not found proper solution kindly suggest something to be stay filled Value to complete the project.

The Control parameters value will not retain after changing the Runtime control parameters Screen.
When we set any Control parameters values from Wincc SCADA then the set value will not retain in I/O filed when we switch to another screen. The Value of that tag in Tag management shown ? instead of set value .

Action Taken: Same TCSB server checked with TIA portal advance & TIA portal Wincc professional and found everything is okay.

Observation : The problem may be related to Wincc 7.4 setting or configuration.

Split from Problem: Comunication WinCC 7.4 sp1 with WinCC Professional V15.1 via OPC UA .

Hi Titu1,

If i understand correct the communication problem happen only with WinCC V7.4 SP1 and not with

WinCc Advanced, WinCC Professional and OPC Scout.

Witch WinCC V7.4 SP1 update do you use on your system ?

May be it helps to install the latest WinCC V7.4 SP1 update

If the update not help  collect the diagnostic files with the SAS tooll and open a service request for SIEMENS Support
