Controller Program Online

Guys,

We have got Siemens S7 1200 CPU installed with Air Dryer. While trying to communication with PC/PG, the controller gets communicated and Orange bar appears.

But, there is nothing shown under the controller tree, only option that appears under controller is "Online & Diagnosis:

Need your help in accessing program saved in the said controller.

Which TIA Version do you use?
Which S7-1200 PLC (Ordernumber)exactly and which FW Version?

Hello Shakeb,

The project in the PLC is programmed with a newer version of Tia Portal than the one you are using on your PC/PG.

I have tested this trying to open a V13 project with V11 than I also only get the Online & diagnostics.

The most actual version of Tia Portal at this moment is:  V13 SP1 update 7.
