hi Murat2002, how do you controll encoder and motor? you could use the encoders input as a position that the motor needs to reach. With the Motion Control instruction "MC_GearInPos", you start a gearing operation between a leading axis and a following axis. The synchronous operation is synchronized in advance of the specified synchronous position for the leading and following axis. But this function is not available with S7-1200, a S7-1500 is needed. With the functions for a S7-1200 you may do this not synchronous, like turn the encoder and when you got the new position you need to turn the motor the same, with MC_MoveXxx function: S7-1200 Motion Control as of V6 hope this helps, regards, |
