SCL to STL is possible.Simply compile the SCL codes in the editor and delete the source file,now your codes are pure converted version of STL. Regards

Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (259)	Saruca, LAD and FBD-codes are STL-codex, constrained with some additional limitations. So if you cant convert SCL to "full" STL (i mean methods besides compiling), then conversion to "limited" STL is not possible also.

It's the first time I work with SCL and I'm following the steps you gave me: compile the code and then delete de source file, but after that, where can I see the code in STL? Thanks in advance

KayBee Posts: 241 Rating: (7)	When A program block FC/FB/OB is created in STEP7 the langauge of editor is Stored in the OBJECT PROPERTIES( Right Click>Object Properties). But the Block which you have created by SCL editor can be opened if you have SCL editor in the STEP7 package installed. Otherwise the block will be opened by STL editor. So if you want to see the STL code of SCL created Block, you can disable SCL or open the Project in some other PC where SCL is not installed or Delete the source file from the Project as you already know.
