The sale and support of the SMART series is regionally locked. That does put a choke on the support you may receive here. It would be best to get onto support forums that are specific to those regions.

Making an educated guess -
It is possible to import / export coding as a text file. It is called STL language but differs from those found on the S7-300. Check if the Smart series have this ability to export as an STL text file. This would be the coding only and does not include password locked blocks. But it may be of enough help to you.
