convert(BCD16 to int)???

freefly2009 Member Joined: 11/29/2009 Last visit: 1/13/2025 Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	I used the "convert (BCD16 to int)", the input was IW0, but I found when I changed the I0.4-I0.7, there was nothing changed about the result. Why???

glubb Posts: 26 Rating: (4)	Hello, could it be that the supported range is -999 to 999 and you were out of the range with your values? Have you checked the ENO return value?

If you switch on I0.4-I0.7 you generate a hex F in your first place of BCD-value. You cannot convert this. For first tries with BCD it is easier to use MW instead of IW. Then you can change values per watch table and see what happens.
