[sigh] I have already given you all you need to know. The function in the picture is a self created block. Okay then.. let us try another way. Then maybe, there is something else to learn. Find attached the source code with instructions on how to import it. okay? [smile] AttachmentBits to Word code and instructions.zip (4141 Downloads) |

Okay.. The easiest way to do this is use the SPLIT method: As an example the format of #MyDB.MyWord.x0 would extract the first bit. In a sense it is the reverse of the coding I gave you in my last message. Or would you want the coding to make an FC for that? w AttachmentBreakWordIntoBits.zip (1854 Downloads) |

Please review the image you attached.. this is the original image you started this thread with and contain no FC blocks. The image you have there now does not add to your description, IMHO. The GET and PUT commands like to have words to send, it is for that reason you asked your bit-to-word and word-to-bit questions. Remember your original thread about GET function was split to this one. Continue on with your original thread {LINK}. I would suggest also you add the project files to the thread. Make the project to have only the pieces for the communication. Remember to ZIP the project before you try and add it to your post. Good luck. w |
