I dont find sample project related with conveyor tracking. when conveyor continiue in zone unit moving to down and catch the part and continiue with part as synchronous and when the reach to last point unit move to up. Could you support to me .

Siemens or non-siemens servos shouldn't matter; I have done applications like this with non-Siemens servos.

Do you have a 1500 F or 1500 TF?  You can't do absolute gearing with a 1500F, only 1500TF.  With a 1500F, you would have to write your own absolute gearing code, and it would be cheaper and more reliable just to buy a TF CPU. 

You can synchronize to the conveyor if it is interfaced to the CPU as a positioning axis or an external encoder axis.  Either way, you have to get the conveyor position somehow back to the CPU, either through an encoder interface card (e.g. TM Pos), a profinet encoder, or if it is a Siemens drive, through the telegram (if supported).

For code development, you could consider the following options:

• The flying saw application mentioned above is a full working example of positioned synchronization, but I don't know if it works with non-T CPUs.  You can probably adapt it to work. 
• You can use the LAxisCtrl library, with block LAxisCtrl_SyncAxisCamming
  .  This supports Absolute Gearing.  https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/109749348/
• You can write everything yourself.  Positioned synchronization (as you seek) is a native feature of S7 motion using the GearInPos instruction.  The above two examples have GearInPos (or similar) at their core.

Some servo drives have motion controllers built in that is able to make this application inside the drive. It is difficult to say anything on that point, as you do not mention which you use. Consider asking the supplier / manufacturer of the servo for some ideas. They may be able to give 5 star advice.

It is possible to do the task with only a sensor and timing. But for this case the box will need to move at a constant speed through the stamp area. The servo aims for the same speed as the conveyor but it takes time to reach that speed. The sensor position and timing is accommodate the distance the servo needs to take to come to synchronise speed.

The waiting time since the box pass the sensor and the servo starting will change according to the speed of the box. The task becomes a bit more difficult when the speed changes.

What are your thoughts on these few points?
