Hello, I think the best way to convert from LS-B to WinCC is to rebuild the project by hand (and brain). This is the only way to use the benefits of WinCC. I know there is a special department in Nuremberg, which does only conversion from LS-B to WinCC and they have a conversion tool. But it is not perfect, you have to correct all pictures and, as I see, your LS-B project is not really big so I think the easiest (and cheapest)way is to convert by reading LS-B and typing WinCC. your questions: 1. yes, sufficient (if you use WinCC V7 RT2048 will be sufficient) 2. because WinCC Server handles the data exchange with SIMATIC and the WinCC Client gets all Information from WinCC Server, so WinCC Client needs no external tags. 3. yes, you need user archive. LS-B Index archive are similiar to WinCC user archive. best regards pinky |
