coros & wincc communic. on same cp143 [on s5 plc]

A9K Bronze Member Joined: 6/1/2010 Last visit: 7/9/2024 Posts: 160 Rating: (1)	hello.. we hav S5 plc cpu948u with cp143. and coros [1] station on sinec-H1 communic. from cp. and programmer communicates with cpu on TTY communication. now i want to connect Wincc station v6.2 [cp1613] ...but problem is i want coros& wincc on same CP card so what need to do .... is thre any solution .......

We had a Coros station was communicating with 2 Nos. S5-135U on Profibus. We added a WinCC Station on the same profibus which is working in parallel with the COROS station. However you will have to program additional Communication Jobs in S5 Program as well as CP. So while the original set of Jobs continue for the COROS station, the new Jobs can link up with WinCC. yokiar Posts: 36 Rating: (3)	Hi A9K, In my experience, you need to add CP1430 no CP143to have establish comunicationS5 to WinCC by ethernet, andit is mentionalso in WinCC manual. There are two type CP 1430 either 1430 TF or 1430 TCP. Depend in which protocol you want to use, using ISO or TCP. In order toconfigure theWinCC manually,you need to export tag from Coros to WinCC.In coros you needComed to export the tag.in WinCC you need Import S5L tag only tool to import your tag from Coros. You also need to import the picture from Coros to WinCC.From Coros you can only import static picture, the restof linking to the tag, as I know onlymanually is possible To import the archive configuration in Coros, you can use Arced tool to export. And for alarm you can use Alarms tool to export from Coros. Use Import Message tool in WinCC. In S5 you need to configure your CP1430 using NCM COM 1430 TF for ISO or NCM COM 1430 TCP for TCP/IP.
