Could s7 300 profibus dp communicate with another over cp340(RS232)?

Hello YoonA I'm afraid to say that neither aCP340 nor RS232 is suitable for Profibus DP. A CP342-5 is however a suitable choice. Having said that, if your CPU's have a DP port on board (which most S7 CPU's have) you can also use it and there'd be no problems with one CPU being the DP Mastyer and the others being its DP Slaves. I hope this helps to get you started in the right direction.
