Hi, S7-1200 should work. With Fast Counters / HSC you can count up to 100kHz or with SB1221 DI4x5VDC you can reach 200kHz. Please also check manual / table on page 28 "comparing CPU models" SIMATIC S7 S7-1200 Programmable controllerRegards, Towome |

Thank you, when I`m reading the doc you gave me link to it`s look like there are 6 High-speed-counters for all 1200 cpu`s, but when I check up the datasheet for the CPU`s 6ES7211-1HE40-0XB0 (CPU 1211C) has 3 counters and6ES7212-1HE40-0XB0 (CPU 1212C) has 4 ? COPY/PAST from datasheet: Please see attached. I need 4 inputs, so then must CPU 1212C be the cheapest option for me? Attachmentjooj.pdf (302 Downloads) |

Sorry, it was the wrong Link and the wrong module. I updated it. The Signalboard has sourcing inputs. It has a nominal voltage of 5 VDC. from the technical data in the S7-1200 manual you can not give it more than 6 VDC. Have a look to the S7-1200 manual in Appendix A.13: SIMATIC S7 S7-1200 Programmable controller hope this helps, regards, |
