Counter value rounding?

Let's say I store a value there from 0 to 100. The desire is that when I enter a number in the counter, it will be rounded to the nearest ten, in this same counter. In other words, if I put 44, I get 40. If I put 45, I get 50. Standard rounding rule. The correction would be automatic. Andrus

ixo65 Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 12/11/2023 Posts: 31603 Rating: (3930)	You *can't divide* in a up/down counter. Divide the counter value by 10 by using a mathematic instruction. The output to the input of an analog amplifier. Set a gain of 10 there.

The entered value is rounded to the nearest 10, i.e. 455 ... 464 becomes 460 and 465 ... 474 becomes 470 after 2 second delay. Important to know ! When simulating program, counter Start Value not changing automatically, only when testing on the real controller ! Andrus P.S.
