countimg problem

hello
can anyone tell me what is happening

i used a counter in one of an FC block and and i pass the counter value to a Memory word

Im using this value to compare the sequence i made in another FC block

What is happening is that sometimes the value of the counter is not updated by OB1 which create a complict of my program thus repeating its sequence

I already check the scan time of OB1
