Counting to 1300

In your case I would not use S7 counter, but write code like this:

... and later you can use MW10 as integer or BCD or convert even to REAL. No problems.

If you still want to use timers you could do like this:

T MW 10 // higher part of counter (don't forget to reset it together with counter)
_000: NOP 0

My first suggestion will allways work. It will count to 32768 and then start again from -32767 and you'll get an overflow bit. First suggestion do not use any S7 counters so it will allways count as long as M0.0 will change from "0" to "1".
I don't know about second suggestion (its just suggestion and code writen on fly). It should work as well.
I allways use like I said you in first part of answer and it will never let me down. This is proven algorithm.
