Does any one try the latest firmware for CP 1242-7 V2 which is Firmware 2.1.82

i'm checking the SMS broadcast send, sometimes the SMS message sent to all phonenumbers and sometimes send to the first one only, and sometimes to no one!

when I send SMS to the CP, sometimes received and sometimes not.

I checked the online & diagnostics for the CP --> industrial remote communication -> Mobile wireless interface -> SMS:

- for failed broadcast sms messages I didn't find them there, but for success send I find them.

- for received sms messages, the failed "I mean when some order received by sms do action" I didn't find them there, otherwise when I see the sms message there it is success.

Im sorry I haven´t tested this function in the Firmware Version you wrote but check the way of doing:

Look here in the Manual in Page 32 there is the Example for using Broadcast SMS.

Perhaps it helps finding the problem.

thank you for your update.

I have rolled back the firmware from 2.1.82 to 2.1.77 and I think the problem is solved.

by the way, the SMS example I used it, and also SIEMENS have updated the example just today since I have sent an email to them to solve the SMS receiving error especially the RECV FB and also the optimized issue.
