billwest Posts: 510 Rating: (120)	If the DIAG is flashing green and the Network is flashing green then it is waiting for the PIN. This isnot your case. If the DIAG is flashing green and the the Network is not flashing green, then there is either no connection to the telecontrol server or there is no configuration available. This is your case. In the table, the "-" means the status of the Network and the Signal Quality doesn't matter. Check your configuration and the tlecontrol server. Good luck, billwest

billwest Posts: 510 Rating: (120)	Since I am unsure of your application, here is a link to a Siemens Application example for the CP1242-7 and Telecontrol: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/39863979 It includes an example project and documentation. At the bottom of the link is "Further information" which includes links to four similar applications, Set 31 through Set 34. You should be able to find an example that closely approximates your application. Review the documentation to troubleshoot your application. Good Luck, billwest
