what exact type of communication you mean? From one old topic we solved problem with communication via CP1243-1, but only with S7 communication was possible.

Update: sry forget post important info, that topic was about communication between 2 PLCs over Ethernet, one S7-1200 with this card, hope good remember...

I mean the following.

In documentation "BA_CP-1243-1-DNPIEC_76" (I can't find the link unfortunatelly) there is a sentence "The values of data points are storied in the image memory of the CP and transferred only when queried by the master".  And the module actually works right that. I am wondering if it is possible to have my data in CP transferring not by request, but updating cyclically?

And I mean the communication by IEC60870-5-104.

Ok. After reading documentation more attentive and looking at the example, I changed the properties of every data point. General->Trigger->Threshold value trigger->Threshold value=1.
