CP 1243-7 DIAG LED FLASHING RED

Hello to All,

I have :- CPU 1212C DC/DC/DC - 2 qty.

              CP 1243-7 LTE FW V 3.0- online but offline V2.1 - 2 qty 

Configuration :- 1 PLC to 1 CP and 2nd PLC to 2nd CP ofcourse.

Now the issue is that the CP of one of the system from above have its network LED glowing continuously RED and Diag LED flashing Red

In manual for this combination its said that "SIM CARD DEFECTIVE" but same SIM is working with another CP. So all possible combinations of hardware exchanges has been tried, like SIM card, SIM slot, different CP and Factory reset of PLC also tried but nothing is working.

what says CPU/Module diagnostic buffer?

Module Exists and OK in Diagnostics Of CP

In CPU diagnostics everything is ok no error information.

Online its showing both PLC and CP ok

and previously all was working on that module? Pls give us more infos, also exact order number of module, or simply they are same exactly? So simply, you don't have on Online mode any signs of HW cfg errors/indications on that CPU with problematic module? Interesting that diagnostic buffer is ok...

I already wrote that everything was working fine.

Also not error info in PLC ..Everything is ok anmd shown in green color in TIA portal.

Part number :- 6GK7 243-7KX30-0XE0 

And yes both CP cards are of same type and Version

everything we tried by replacing sim also and CP card also ..other card is working with the same SIM.

pls think that better all infos need to be checked and confirmed for sure. For me some your infos aren't clear. I think that maybe also other users need to know infos to help you. Look again, you want help but still also exact used automation SW not included. Maybe someone will have solution for you with more infos...

Update: look, maybe my first step can be check difference between my and Online cfg, blocks. Maybe other cfg was made and you don't know about that. Shame, after some reconfiguration, reset this is passed already...

AS per my knowledge , i have given all necessary details , if you specifically want some info , can write then.

Anyways software is TIA portal  only so what extra information you need and also configuration is correct as same was working earlier too.
