you can use Modbus tcp either with S7-1500 CPU (that have Ethernet ports) or with Ethernet CP.

I have used CP 1543-1 for Modbus TCP with CPU 1515-2 PN, Do I require any License?

with 1200 and 1500 CPUs you don't need licence for Modbus.

 what If I use CP 1543-1 for Modbus TCP to communicate any third party DCS?

 Modbus in the S7-1200 and S7-1500 series doesn't require any license like Duris Said.
