CP 343-1 & ModBus TCP & Wizard

TheMax Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have : - CPU 315-2 DP (ref. 6ES7 325-2AF03-0AB0, firmware V1.1) - CP 343-1 (6GK7 343-1EX30-0XE0, firmware V2.0) I would like to use the ModBus TCP/IP with this configuration, I have the software "ModBus TCP Wizard", but when I choose my CPU, I don't have my firmware version. After when I have finish my configuration with this software, the DB selected is changed but, I can't connect on my CPU with a client. Thank. Attachment wizard.JPG (464 Downloads)

When using a standard CPU and a CP343-1 you have to do the configuration of the Modbus block manually. In general you can download the MODBUSCP block at www.siemens.com/s7modbus(ModbusTCP CP V4.3). After installing it you can find a manual, a library and an example project. Regards Sakura
