Hello Automation Engineer the 416-3XR05 CPU possible does not appear in the 443-1EX11 manual because it was relased some 6 years after the 1EX11 was released. It will most likely work asUMENCHOsuggested, but the question is: Why would you buy a CP that is out of production for almost two years (see HERE) fora new project (I hope your your supplier will sell it for a reallygood price)? You may also find the following useful as it will allow you find out what you are missing out on if you go for the ancient 1EX11 (e.g. it can NOT be used as a Profinet I/O Controller whereas the 1EX20 can). What differences are there between the Industrial Ethernet CPs of SIMATIC S7-400? I hope this helps |
