Can i replace the s7400 CP443-1 old firmware 6gk7443-1gx11-0xe0 with new firmware 6gk7443-1gx30-0xe0 without change program.

no this is not possible.

The FW for the 6gk7443-1gx30-0xe0 is not compatible with the 6GK7443-1GX11-0XE0.

i search the 443-1 cp 6gk7443-1gx11-0xe0 in mall.industrial and it appear succersor is 6gk7443-1gx30-0xe0. how can i replace it(change program) or it impossible

I think your Problem would not be the CPU. 

But the 1EX30 is not the direct succesor of your 1GX11. I have checked it here on the support-page:

1GX11 -> 1EX40 ->1EX41 ->1GX11 ->1GX20 -> 1GX30 

I had a look to the product-notes. you have to change the HW-Config to get it working.

i said the successor is gx30

So does i must change program for replace GX11 by GX30 . and does it posible for change GX11 by GX30 in program.

and between GX30 and EX40, which more effective for replace GX11
