CP 5711 error report

irwan_inka Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi All, I'm using CP 5711 to download program to CU 320 (Sinamics S120). Firstly, I install STARTER version 4.2.0.0 on windows xp sp3. Then i install Simatic Net PC Software Version 7.1 with firmware Version 8.01.00.4207 26.06.2010. When i try Set PG/PC Interface on control panel and click test button, the error is : Error (15h): general error! Function: CI_N_start_cp then the LNK/SF LED flashes red quickly. Please advise. umencho Diamond Expert Joined: 3/21/2006 Last visit: 3/19/2025 Posts: 10239 Rating: (1183)	Take a look there CP 5711 error "SYSTEM ERROR:DEVICE NOT AVALIABLE (40981)" Perhaps it might give you an idea how to proceed there. best regards, Hristo Mihalev
