Perhaps your browser has a german language setting stored from clicking on a german-language link. The link shows up in english for me. There are FAQs describing the installation of HSPs and typically inside the download are instructions for installing the HSP. Try a different computer or browser (like firefox?) using the link I posted. The link you provided goes to a page which in turn links to the download. It was in english for me.

Plazz Posts: 73 Rating: (2)	Thanks again huggy_d1, I have tried a both different browser and a different laptop both with the same result? The link is in English. When I download the file the extract utility is in German. Please see attachment...? When I try to extract I just end up with a file that I can do nothing with: HSP_V11_0003_001_S71200_GPRS-CP.isp11 Any more ideas? Attachment Screen.jpg (632 Downloads)

Refer to: https://support.automation.siemens.com/US/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&objId=39741112&nodeid0=29157695&load=treecontent&lang=en&siteid=cseus&aktprim=0&objaction=csview&extranet=standard&viewreg=US I have not installed this particular HSP, but the instructions match prior HSP's I've installed. It is odd that siemens web site is defaulting to german unlessof course your isp is in germany.

Plazz Posts: 73 Rating: (2)	Hi all, I have finally installed this file! Despite the extract utility being in German the file itself is in English and needs to be installed using the ‘Options/Install Software’ option in TIA Portal V11. It is not a .bat (batch) file. Cheers, Plazz
