CP243 / OPC

gbonx Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello, i am currently using a s7-200 with a CP243 module. I installed simatic net on a windows computer and i configured the connection. I can read values in OPC Scout (quality good) but only if the adress is < 32 For exemple i can read MW31 but not MW32. I tried several things without any succes. I can't imagine that it is not possible to read more than 32 adresses and i would appreciate help. Regards.

J_Bell Posts: 5822 Rating: (412)	Hello, I have to admit I can not imagine that something like this happens too. Have you ever tried to read and write to the V-Memory of the S7-200. This is in the OPC Server the DB1 with 4 Bytes offset, if I remember right. There you have to be able to exceed the 32 Bytes limit. Best regards J_Bell

In opcscout, when i click on my OPCData, then objects and then DB, i have a red cross. So i am not able to use it. Here is enclosed a picture screen. Is this a problem in my configuration ?
