CP341 Diagnostics

Hi everybody,

I have CP341 with CPU315-2DP,I made the configuration for it as usual (it's not my first time to configure CP341) it is configured to act as modbus slave with 9600 baud rate.

When direct communication is established (from the laptop serial port to the CP341) it will communicate without any problems.

I'm connecting this CP through US.Robotics fax modem into a telephone line then I read the data from CP using far away PC connected to another telephone line.

So when trying to communicate through the fax modem I will not be able to made it and I will have this problem:

The CP diagnostics gives the following errors:
-“IF 1:Receive Error”, the help one events gave "Help on Event Fxc8:0836"
- “IF 1:Receive Error”, the help one events gave "Help on Event Fxc8:0837"

when I searched at the manual "s7300_cp_341_manual_en-EN.pdf" I didn't find the errors descriptions.

So please help to know what is the problem.
