CP341 modbus as slave - Area length error when writing

Hi Amit_86, I use the CP341 modbus as slave and I just giving data to the DCS. I modified from your program and have to error "Area length error when writing" which is cause by the FB7. FB7 is to recieve data from DCS right? How can I disable this? Do I have to Load Driver after I set the parameters for the protocol? Attached is my program, hopefully someone can help me on this issue. *To test the communication, I have a U-port RS422/485 device, can anyone recommend a free software? Thanks. Best regards, YKW

Hello YKW, just have a look at the Modbus slave manual, table of errors/event, look for the error number and check the remedy. Regards, Kaulquappe |
