But while inPLC side that same Watt hour paramter value some times matching with meter value,some times decreasing after

some time it is increasing, it indicates malfunction of meter.

And also i checked this meter with modscan32 software,it showing proper value keep on increasing.

First of all thanks for ur response. Actually I m  using cp341 mod master to communicate with 10 nos em6400 and want to receive watt hour data from meter but the reading which one I getting in plc is less than the original meter value also sometimes it's match with meter.

Your energy meter is already calculating the energy, the kWh, a totalized value of power (W).  

You should read that energy value directly from the meter, rather than reading the instantaneous power (Watts) and the calculating the energy (kWh).

If the power value (W) is a floating point value, there is an issue with 'machine epsilon' involved in summing or adding a small floating point value to a floating point large value sum that limits the top end range of the sum before additions of small values are no longer recognized.  

Totalizing (adding) integers is limited only by the size of the integer that can be handled (in the PLC), but why bother doing any calcuation if the energy value is already available and sitting there, waiting to be captured?
