I am using, CPU315-2PN/DP, Profibus-DP and Ethernet CPU module, I need to provide an external interface to DCS for reading the information from PLC to DCS,

Is it necessary to purchase these two cards for creating RS485-modbus communication?

CP341 Communication Processor, RS-485/422

Modbus Slave Driver for CP341

isn't any CPU available in which we can have ethernet and Modbus both communication?

The loadable Modbus driver is to be used with the CP341. Regards Sydney
