However, bizzarely in STEP7 5.5 they have been replaced by RCV_341 (FB121) and SND_341 (FB120) which call FB122 (P_RCV_RK) and FB123 (P_SND_RK) respectively, with P_RCV_RK and P_SND_RK now being internal functions. Go figure! So it depends on your version of STEP7 it appears. Why they just can't leave things alone I don't know. Seems like chance simply for change sake. I do hope that I can still use P_RCV_RK and P_SND_RK directly otherwise I will have to update my OEM modbus driver block (again!). Talk about a moving target - Siemens developers please stop meddling - it creates a maintenence headache for us poor users!
