hi I'm trying to send sms from s7-300 plc by using md 720-3 gsm modem. I use CP341 RS232C 341-1AH02-0AE0 module. I found an example project. I just changed cpu type and downloaded into my plc. but cp341's red sf led is never off. U can see the fault and example project at attachment. do you have any idea? thanks I checked hardware - Cp341- Diagnostic Interrupt. Message: Faulty module Internal error Parameters have not been assigned to the module. Attachment03_sms_s.zip (167 Downloads) |

Sounds like you have not parameterised the CP. You need to set up the protocol, baud rate etc. This is done using the PtP parameterisation software that is availble for free download here. |
