Before FB80 don't have symbol. But still can't write single coil. Tomorrow I will add character 'S' as you high light.

I must delete FB80 and create FB80 again from library. Now all function code are back to normal. But I have a question: I upload program from PLC and just modify insert one network (1 input, 1 output). After that download and modbus fail write single/multiple coil. Why happen?
