Hello.  For the past week I have been trying to configure I-Device communication between a CP343-1 and a CP343-1 Lean.  I have been able to get the configuration to work single sided (the lean will transmit up, but the 343-1 will not transmit to the lean).  I am using PNIO-Send and PNIO-Recieve on both CPU's.

To test my configuration I first removed the 343-1 from the configuration and connected the lean module by I-device directly to the CPU (using the CPU as I-Device Controller).  All worked well.

I reversed the configuration, using the CP343-1 as the I-Device controller, and setup the CPU as the I-Device and I have the same issue as when trying to communicate between the two CP's (The 343-1 will not transmit data to the CPU, only receive).

I upgraded the firmware of the CP 343-1 to the most recent version, and the issue remains.

I have been reading the help files and manuals and am at a loss; attached is my project; any help appreciated. 

As an update:

I have tried configuring the CP as a controller to an ET300S with an IM151HF.  I am able to get the receive from the IM151, but am not able to sent outputs to the IM151; same problem exists.  Any help would really be appreciated.

I have looked at the projects FC11 und FC12 as well as a few others.

New Development:

  If I start the CP343-1 and let it go to run mode; establish communication (as viewed from the web diagnostics) and then start the CPU, all works!

Is there a way to delay the CPU start up or a configuration option in the CP that I am missing that would resolve this?
