Dear All, Do we need license for CP343-1 BAcnet ?, Page 4 in attached document show "BACnet runtime license" and I read "Desigo S7 building integration engineering manual" it show that we need this license. Does This license need for Mapping tool or CP343-1 BAcnet module ? Now I can config CB342-1 BAcnet to Simaticmanager, I also have mapping tool Can you send me one sample file on mapping tool ? This is License on page 4 of attached document. (BACnet runtime license- DESIGO S7, Building Integration BACnet integration runtime license for 1CPU without HVAC standard blocks ASN: 6FLD7-INT-ALL SSN: S55372-C107) Pls advise me your experience Thank so much. Hi duy_np, i hada look to the CP343-1 BACnet release notes: Product release DESIGO S7 CP 343-1 BACnet V1.1 (6FL4343-1CX10-0XE0)
Ifound following information there: "An additional runtime license for building integration (reference number S55372-C107)is required for the BACnet protocol on the block. Please contact your local Siemens BT partner to order both CP and license." and "The license for the Building Integration solution is bound to the CP MAC address." It seems to be a licencee per CP Card and not for software. regards Rated X |

Dear, Thanks for your support. But I have another problem. Where can I buy CP343-1 BACNet ? It is in AS or SBT section. I am in Vietnam and I contact with both section and they say that they don't sell. And AS section said that Siemens don't sell this product in Vietnam. My project need this product to collect S7 system to Bacnet network. It will be big problem if I cannot link between AS and SBT product. Pls help me. Duy |
