I have a CP343-1 Lean (6GK7-343-1CX10-0XE0). Its version is 2.3 (it printed near mac address).

It does not exist in step7 5.5, tia13 and tia14 !!!!

How to add it?

its strange I can use the Firmwareversion 1.0, 2.0, 2.2, 2.4, 3.0 but not V2.3 in TIA Portal V14???

and the Readyness Check tool tells me it s OK for TIA Portal

Is the Information that it should also work if you select V2.2 in Step7.

look to picture, there is also Diagnostic buffer, so there can be probably another info. Did you pre-configure CP with IP and also other settings (Subnet,...)? Did you download all changes to CPU?

very sry with other infos, this can be more problems, also again Diagnostic buffer info still missing. You can send Support request in this case. I see probably some not proper cfg of CP module. Be kind pls send here updated info about solution, it can be helpful to all here.

Use V2.2

V2.3 is not in HW-konfig.

My problem is solved.

I insert v2.2

It must connect a lan cable to CP.
