CP343 Stop Problem

Tonk Advanced Member Joined: 10/6/2006 Last visit: 3/11/2025 Posts: 54 Rating: (2)	I have a 2 systems each running a S7-317T processor with a CP343 Lean, specifically used for remote access to the PLC. However the other day was unable to get online to either PLC, on investigating the problem found that both CP343's had gone into stop mode. The only way I could clear the problem was to reboot the whole system. Question's are: 1. What might cause Both of them to go into a stop mode? 2. Can I automatically restart the CP343 lean card?

Which version of the Lean card is it, the 6GK7343-1CX00 or the -1CX10 ? 2. Which firmware version have both CP's and which Hardware versions ? 3. Have you tryed to read out the diagnostic buffer of the CP's over the MPI port ? 4. What was onthe LED on the CPs (the LEDs of the communication of the ethernet port(s) self) ? 5. What are the Firmware and Hardware versions of the T-CPUs ? Please answer those questions so that we could help you....
