NAGDEEP Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi guys, I am new to this Forum. I joined today itself and i find it interesting to have discussion about known and unknown things. Can you people give me a clarification about how to communicate between ( Configurations to be done ) CP440 and RS485 slaves. Please inform me about the components required and cost of CP340, CP440 and Software driver cost required for the communication. Answers Please !!!!!!!!!!!!

CP340 is similar to this but works with CPUs of 300 series. By the way, Iam still wondering why you would want to work on this card.CP443 series withEtherenet communications is a lot easier to work with in all conditions. The last I knew CP443 is around1700€ for the baseversion here in Europe(thisfigure is just for your judgement on costs involved). But then I cannot say how much it would be in your country or company because a lot of taxation,marketing,competition issues come to play.I have no idea about the CP440. Why not take a quotation from your nearest Siemens vendor or just ask them for an approx figure,
